Hi Guys,
We have just traded our 2010 Scenic TomTom for a 2018 Grand Scenic.
Lovely bit of kit i must say and a step up from the MK3.
Anyway, I carried out all servicing on the MK3 car but wondering is there much of a difference between the two versions.
Both are 1.5 dci 110 bhp so I would say that the oil and filters would be similar but what about doing the brakes and pollen filter etc.
Also, how to reset the service light when it arises.

Thanks in advance fro any replies.
Kevin.

Dunno about pollen filter
Air and Oil will be similar, just check for correct one against registration.
Brakes... fronts will be similar. Rear, Electronic Parking Brake may be different.
The new one almost certainly piggy back motors on each rear caliper that are driven back electrically to change pads.
Old one may have been the single EPB unit where you wind rear calipers back with a special tool.
Reset service light...dunno, what's the owner's manual say?

Hey, thanks for the reply, I had nearly forgotten that I had posted ?
Didn't actually check the manual for service light reset but will tomorrow.
I did think the oil and front pads would be very similar but the rears have hill start assist so might be very different alright.
Thanks again for the reply ?
