Welcome to the forum.
The rear light in the spoiler can be taken off, but it is sealed. You'll need to take it apart carefully, making sure you don't crack the lens.
There isn't a bulb inside, but there are 4 or 5 led's. The problem will most likely be the metal connectors which the plug goes onto, and you will probably have to solder them (Did the same with mine).
Once that's all sorted, give it a quick test and then glue the light back together
