How do I complain about a dealership?

Is there a customer care email address or postal address?

Dealer in my area (warwickshire, so not to name names), has done some work without my authorisation, then binned the old part.

And not answered the questions I had before work should start.

Right now I'm fumming. :steam: :steam:

An to top it all off they're charging me 270 quid for it.

WHY oh WHY is so hard for a garage to just talk to you and be honest?

fcks me off.

Its make worse by it being brought new from them.

Never again I shall I buy a new Renualt, or for that matter a NEW one from them.

If you get no joy from the Dealer Principal then I would suggest Renault Customer Services RCS

thanks OG.

the thing that really wazzas me off is that I replaced the sensor since they said it was the problem last time.

AND I asked what if I pay the 270 and its not the problem, since its already had the sensor replaced. They never gave me an answer, and just did the work.

I just know I'll be back there again in a weeks time.

I've looked through the "recommended garages" thread, but my nearest seems to be the other side of b-ham. ¤¤¤¤.

Also, the service guys said that only 1.4 & 1.6 Clios are suffering the coil pack failure, is this true? Not the 1.2's ?

Are you using the Main Dealer because the car's under warranty? I'd be looking at independents if it's out of warranty, tend to be cheaper and dare I say it 'sometimes' are more accomodating!
