Having just done this job yesterday and countless other timing belts/chains over the years.
Here are a few points I would like to add, for anyone who would like to have a go.
I would say the hardest part of the job is the limited access and putting the Aux belt back on (which has to be done from underneath).
Locking the crank.. You don't need to, it won't move unless you move it!
As long as you have put the engine at TDC, marked the crank/cam and pump, the crank won't move.
I know you don't need to mark the pump as it's not timed, but I did anyway.
The crank bolt came out very easily with an impact gun.. also when retightening I did to the correct torque/angle specs without locking the engine.
Manual tensioner tightening.
I used two different apps to get the frequency of the belt, you will find both give a slightly different reading.
Also when you tighten the tensioner centre bolt, this will change the frequency slightly higher.
When you have set the tensioner, then wound the engine over by hand twice (2 spins of the crank) the tension will need to be set again, I did this a few times and came to the conclusion that you just need to get it close.
The first time I set the belt to 93hz and the second 90hz.
The last time I checked before starting to reassemble, the belt was 92hz.

Don't be afraid to have a go, as far as timing belt jobs go, they don't get much easier.
