Hello all,

joined this forum\as my starter motor has died today.

last time i looked at a starter motor it was on a mark 11 escort lol.

its making a spinning noise for approx 5 secondswhen ignition turned and then no engine turnover.

any ideas before i venture to the main dealers???

I would avoid the main dealers as they are quite expensive.

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I'm not 100% sure on the position of the starter on your car,but hopefully someone else will..If you decide to change it yourself,remember to disconnect the battery before attempting it.
