A strange problem to me. I have a 2013 Bose Grand Scenic 1.6. I have paired my iPhone which works perfectly hands free with outgoing calls but on an incoming call as soon as I answer it the call disappears and the person ringing gets a message something like 'cannot be answered as owner is driving' or words to that effect. I use the iPhone on another car and no problem at all. I have searched the phone but can find no setting that I can alter.
Has anybody else come across this ?

Never come across that before. Are you sure you are answering the phone with the correct buttons and not pausing or rejecting the call by mistake? Worth a check as I remember my Scenic wasn't that straightforward and I didn't take enough calls to get used to it. Also have you tried pairing another phone to see if it is the car doing it and not the phone?

Check in the NAV system settings, If you have checked in your I phone settings
Your Phone Or Nav system knows you are moving and is cancelling your phone call

It’s a setting on apple car play
My van does the same
It stops incoming texts and calls while the vehicle is driving
Im sure you can only find the setting while it’s connected to the car
it’s in
Settings
Do not disturb
Then down to do not disturb then you will see the settings
One specially for car play to stop incoming calls and texts
Turn this to off and any of the other settings as well.
