Hello, I have the car mentioned below. It has as per the title a knocking noise when turning sharp right and going at a speed of 10-20mph any lower and it cannot be heard, is this the CV joint?

My tyres are a little under inflated but this wouldn't cause a knocking noise surely.

If it is this is it costly etc?

Update, tonight much louder like a cluncking noise also I can sort on feel it on the pedal if that makes any sense does this give a better indication?
