Hi,
I am in the process of replacing the motor and I notice that depending on the year/model, they can have a different number of pins. How can I find out how many pins are on the motor on my vehicle without stripping the door down?
Can anyone help please?

If the original unit had the one-touch facility and the anti-pinch system then it will have the one with the higher number of wiring connections. That's unless someone hasn't modded it previously.

But to be honest if it were mine I would check first - Renault do have a habit of chopping and changing components during production - as many a poor mechanic has discovered to his cost.
