Been having some problems with the battery backed up siren on the Sigma alarm on my 1998 Executive, following the advice given by someone on a thread on here, (many thanks u know who you are)
I found the control unit under the drivers seat and unplugged it.

The siren was still burbling away to itself so I pulled a little yellow loopback plug out of the the loom and hey presto, up it shut.

Does anyone know what the additional wires and connectors and control box under the seat do ?

Cheers

Jules

Hi there, It's hard to say without a piccy but on my LagI some of the wiring and multiplugs are for the seat belt pretensioners (in case of a Prang) and also they are connected to the airbag system, it took me a while to work this out 'cos I have electric seats as well and the amount of wires under my seat is amazing,
Hope this helps
Regards Leroy
