Hi

I am getting very close to the 54000 miles service of my Laguna V6. I was wondering I it is still worth getting it done by a Renault dealership. It seems awfully expensive. Can an independent garage do the same quality Job. I am worried about all the electronic part of the job (e.g. resetting the dashboard service reminder).

Thanks

T

You can do it yourself. My advce to you would be to buy an autodata CD off of eBay (type in Laguna manual) It'll cost a couple of quid. It gives you the exact service shedule as a tick list and tells you how to reset the service meter. (I can't remember off hand but if its anything like a Citroen, then hold down the mileage reset button and insert the key and hold for 10 seconds) Make sure you replace the pollen filter as these are often neglected in the service.
