Hi could anyone help I've just bought a second hand towbar for my 02 plate car when I look at fitting instructions it says bushes are these on the car or should they been on towbar

Hi could anyone help I've just bought a second hand towbar for my 02 plate car when I look at fitting instructions it says bushes are these on the car or should they been on towbar

When I fitted a Witter towbar to my 02 some years ago I had to make bushes (spacer tube) 17mm O.D, 58mm long to take a M10x90x1.50mm Bolt, to go through the rear sub-frame and some 50mm washers. I’m lucky to have a good sized lathe in the workshop.
