Hi on my keycard i can pull it apart from the corner and reveal a key, think if you look at the underneath of the passenger front door handle they should be a little hole for you to insert the small key this should let you get in the car.
oh dear...maybe you could contact renault, they my be able to supply you with the correct cut key(at a price)which will get you out the $hit.a new keycard from renault will cost about £125 i think, but dont buy a replacement from ebay, there is a thread on here somewhere about them.other than smashing the glass i dont know what else to suggest.
Yes, can confirm to you a new 2 button Laguna keycard is £75-13 + programming fee (£30, allegedly, but I blagged my local garage to do it for free, as I'd just spend £700 on other things...). You will need the V5 and ID to order a new one - expect a 10 day wait as they come from Renault in France!
PS. just how do you manage to lock a keycard in the car?
