I'm, with a few of the lads from my football team, are doing the London to Canterbury bike ride in aid of the Childrens Trust on September 13th.

its a 80 or 60 mile ride (depending how brave you feel on the day) and I was wondering if anyone would fancy sponsoring old Dl as he battles the North Downs a couple of time.

click on the flyer and you can see the pdf of whats in store for us!!

I will need all the luck I can get:d

DL dont over do the training next week, 20 miles a day is good try to get a longer one in on Wed and then rest till the day before your ride , then have a gentle ride say 10 miles using low gears just to spin out the legs, thats what im of to do now:d

Cheers
