yes but they will be on permanently
can you get the plug off the back of the head light unit,
ITS number two wire , if you can get the plug off, and look at the plug face on, its the second wire in from the left

I want the white to be on when the ignition is on so it's a second DRL. The fitted DRL would be ideal, but I can't get to it.
I can get to the headlight cables fine. I've tested and spliced onto the indicator cables both sides.
Is there another cable I can splice to for ignition only power?

Not that I can see from the fuse box diagram,
Any you piggy back off, because its a switching unit you could do damage to the fusebox
Not very robust these under bonnet fuseboxes ,
Looks like you need to get to the interior fusebox, to be safe, and not damage anything

That's not an option. I'll need to get under the car to get to the DRL.
