Can anyone help me please in directing me as to how I can prevent all of the rain that we are currently experiencing from flooding my boot? I became the owner of this vehicle six months ago and as of this week I was not experiencing any issues when it rained but today, after 10 days of constant rain I found the boot to be totally flooded. Ive checked the rubber sealants that all appear to be intact but somehow the rain in penetrating into the boot by some other means.

Any advice would be appreciated other than of course that I will need to take it to a Renault Specialists if I am unable to solve the problem myself. Thanks

first thing you could do is to open the boot and spinkle generously, talcum powder, all around the rubber seal, then use a hose on the boot and if the seal itself is leaking, it will wash away ( or moisten) the powder where it is leaking, if all the seal and talcum powder stays dry, then you klnow that is good and to look elsewhere, but its a starter for 10
