Hi guys, i have a 98 megane sport 8v, it has had a few problems, but i have managed to fix them. my current issue is that the plastic mount that the accelerater pedal is secured in has split along the bottom, causing the pedal assembly to slide around when driving and ultimately the cable unhooks itself and the pedal goes flat to the floor when driving. i know what to replace, but nowhere seems to know what im talking about or how to get one, or even what to call it. any ideas folks?? EDIT: I managed to get a replacement assembly from a wreckers yard, not a renault specialist who allegedly know their stuff. i fitted it, but the accelerator cable peg kept slipping out, once in place i added a cable tie to the end of the peg to prevent the slipping off of the cable. All fixed
