Hi,
I own a megane my2005 with easy access 2 system. I'm able to open and close doors with keycard buttons and engine starts with card in the central panel slot. I cannot open the car and start engine with card in the pants or bag .

I've changed the CR2025 battery twice.(duracell). I've two cards with the same issue.

Could you please help me to understand what to check ?
I'd like to buy a diagnose and programming tool for my meggy too

perhaps the card is not configured for that feature of the car ..

Cannot help on what diagnostic tool to buy, ask in the Tool section of the forum you will get a better response
