Hi all,
I have a mk2cc 1.5 dci 105hp that was running perfectly. Some time ago while i was on the highway going uphill with 115km/h (70mph) I suddenly had a loss of power with the check injection message and NO stop light. I decided to continue driving and after about 100km the message dissapeared and all was well.
This happened a few more times when the car had more weigh in it, the message dissapearing after the car's been off for a few hours.
The loss of power is above 2000rpm, about when the turbo spools up, so it feels like the turbo is not running.
I have not lost power on lower gears with less speed above 2000rpm.
Diagnostics found this DF301 fault saying that "the signal is above the upper limit; interruption" (sorry if the translation is bad).
Fuel consumption is normal, I haven't gone over 90km/h(55mph) in some time and I hear and feel no issues.
Even at -10 C the engine starts from the first try, idling just below 1000 rpm.
Worth mentioning is that I do have a ruptured turbo hose from the intercooler to the throttle (part number is 8200590198),thats how I bought the car but its a really expensive change in my country so I haven't gotten to that yet, because it hasn't given me any problems apart from a few drops of oil here and there (no change in oil lvl). The hose has been sealed with electrical tape by my mechanic.
This happened about a month AFTER changing the oil and ALL filters.
Previous owner was a mechanic and states that the engine had been rebuilt and the turbo swapped a couple of years before I bought the car.

Update: Went for a mountain drive and decided to put in 3rd and rev up to 4000. The check injectors message appeared after about 10s and I did confirm the turbo stops spooling. Engine also was a lot quieter.

Go to your turbo, should see a thin black thin tube, follow this tube to the solenoid, check the tube is not split

Recheck your mechanics repair, and put some more tape over it
Or get a tyre puncture repair kit and repair it with that

see if that cures it

Will check it out. I'm not sure that is the case though, because I don't notice a boost leak in my day to day driving.

Was also thinking of checking the EGR valve, because I have some black smoke coming off the exhaust, but there's a stripped bolt and I hadn't had the time to deal with it. Inlet pipe was clean though.
Was also thinking of getting a MAF sensor cleaner.
Mechanic pretty much told me he didn't wanna deal with it cause "it could be anything"

Once that fault appears EGR will automatically close
IF a dpf fitted regen is also stopped
Cruise control and speed limiter ( If fitted ) is also not allowed to work

Check pipe work, get diagnostics on, and when fault appears check MAF in graph mode if its gone flat line MAF is us
