I have old one yes mounted. I mounted second one beside mine so that new used one is connected atm. I can replace them tomorow again. Its is from MEGANE not Clio and Original PART NR 8200859243

It is the diagnostic line that fails on these relays

IDK what problem is but i dont want to do more myself. The local cardealer will fix it because they have RENAULT CLIP, They know what to messure and how. I just guessing so i dont want to put more time on it. As i said i will come back here and write what the fault was.

Here comes an update

I visited annother Renault workshop today and they took the car in for testing.

They checked all cables and they are OK
They tested both relays and they work too.

Problem is that they could not test wirings to the glow plugs because car was warm and glowplugs not needed preheat so they said to me to test it tomorow when car is cold. If i get signal.to the wiring then it could be new glowplugs because i bought Bosch not BERU original ones.

If i dont get any signal when press start then it could be faulty ECU

NEW ECU 650 EURO + Programming. But i will get programming for free

I only could post it on my GDRIVE not here so i copyied a link.

So the funny part is that ERROR code still comes back

So tomorow i will buy a multimeter and meassure all 4 old glow plugs to see if they works. If they do i will refit them again. I heard someone said that maybe i
need original glow plugs. If they are a little bit different then i should get error codes. I dont know if its true or not but i will try tomorow. If code dissapear after refitting my old ones if they work then i will buy new BERU original glow plugs

I will tomorow order a set of BERU plugs original ones.

Those other plugs NGK and BOSCH have different total length and deep installation than BERU so i will go for it.

Funny thing is that code is just pending no engine light. I heard somewhere that if 40 start cycles goes without any problem the code will delete it self.

So i go for the original glows and i will post the results here after that

Can someone explain to me what that FAIL code means? Is it something to worry about or just ignore?

Will the EGR fault clear..
Try this, pull the plug off, start the engine,
Rev the engine up 3 or 4 times.
allow to idle, refit the plug, rev a few more times, switch off, See if the fault will now clear..
As no idea about the software you are using, it could just be a relearn factor of the EGR..
egr's really need resetting in the ecu to work out what position it's in
(ECU should relearn the position of the EGR, but it could take some time )

There is no fault error code. This was just a realtime test no permanent code. Its just a monitoring so i wondered what it was
