Hi my friend has got a 1.4 petrol 2005 Modus and he just had a new clutch fitted at the garage and to do this the removal of the battery was required the immobiliser light now stays on and car does not turn over

does anybody have any idea as to if it could be something worse than the alarm ie ECU blown because garage did something wrong

Did you get a solution to your problem?
I had a steering fault on my dash...battery went dead,so I charged it up..now imobilser is stuck on.
I got a diagnostic done..and electric steering needs replacing...I hope if that is fixed and fault cleared imobilser will be OK.
