Hi,

does anyone else's windows squeek when they are closed up? I have a megane convertible, 04 plate.

That's common problem with linkage. You can put some grease to temporary treat it. It helped me before in two lagunas. If it goes too far you can get some repair kit from eBay. It could also be some dirt between the glass and the trim.

Thanks for the info Bizon, will have a go at that, do you know if there are any guides on here on how to remove the door cards, as I have never been able to remove one?

You can safely use wd-40 on the window runners which will help. Just squirt, and wipe off the excess

You will need to remove the door panel and use plenty of grease on the window regulator, use a mirror to have a good look at the wires, if they are all coiled up at the spindle you will need to remove the regulator and fix this before they snap!
don't buy one of them repair kits off ebay, they are a load of ****e unless you buy the whole window regulator
