hi i have a renault master 2.5 dci 53 plate the cam belt snapped had a look at the head all valves seemed fine but a couple of bolts had snapped in the head so brough a new head have now fitted that done the timing but still wont start seems to turn over fine though have noticed that theres a stop light come up on the dash could this be stopping it fireing up and does anyone have any idea why it anit starting any info apriciated ben

Maybe there some thing that still needs re connecting? I would also re-check the timing

doubt the stop light is actually going to stop it going

If you think the timing is right i would try a little carb cleaner down the intake while turning over if it seems to go then it is likely the timing on the pump pulley is 180 degrees out easily done

cam timing out ,double check crank as look for written mark stamped on pulley ,its small but should be in 6 oclock position
