hi al,l just had the codes read on the car, and was showing a p0130, if i rem the right code, 02 sensor circut malfuction, bank 1 sensor 1, is it the sensor or the wiring ? and what sensor? the 1 on the down pipe or the lower 1,

Bank 1 sensor is the upstream sensor - the one closest to the engine.

Just because you get a fault at the sensor it doesn't necessarily mean it in itself is faulty. For instance it will show an error if the engine is misfueling or misfiring.
