I have a 2004 1.9 DCI 120b scenic. Car has just gave a warning "Check emissions". Opened the bonnet to have a look and found I have oil residue from a pipe. Its under the turbo pipe and wire looms to the left of the battery. Anyone know which pipe this is and how much will it cost to replace. Will this do any harm if i don't fixed it today?

I can't really see where the oil is coming from in the pics, but I doubt that it is the reason that the check injection light has come on.I'd have the fault codes read with a decent Renault compatible code reader/scanner before spending money on parts that you may not need.

Thanks for your reply. The pipe is covered oil, i cleaned it up and took it for a run and it was just as bad when i returned. These pics show the upper end where the pipe is connected. The oil is about a foot further down that pipe.
