My 2003 2.2dCi Espace was in the dealership for a repair and they checked out an oil leak I have...apparently it's the air inlet manifold. They said that replacing the manifold and gasket will take 2.5 hours labour....does that sound about right?

Is this the sort of job that is relatively easy but just takes a while...could someone with limited experience (i.e. me :) do it without risking messing it up?

Cheers

Yes that is reasonable, but a little optomistic if there is any sign of poor injector sealing. This can cause the injectors/s to become vulcanised to the inlet manifold which can make the job much longer and more expensive..
