Hi,

What type of power steering fluid do I need on my megane 2000 reg 1.6 petrol? I have some dot 3 and dot 4 in my cupboard but not sure if they are the right thing, one says it can be mixed with others but not dot 2. Help please as theres almost none in there! Many thanks

Hi, thanks, can you be sure as on the bottle I have the dot 4 says it for brake and clutch fluid. I remember on other cars I have used something similar, but I've just got this megane and really don't know much about it!

Dot 3 and 4 are brake fluid. Do not use these.

U need power steering fluid.
