Hope it works out... I used "Custom Clutch Cables" as a search term, plenty for motorbikes but a few that seemed to cover all vehicles.
Your original will act as a template.
It isn't rocket science, cable and sleeve of matching size, length to suit.
Only issue is end fittings but they are much of a muchness and as long as yours can be matched, Bobs your uncle.
