Anyone know of what carbs these use? Im looking for a replacement. I believe its either weber or solex?

I would say it's a solex.
They usually have a thin metal strip with 'solex' and the model number screwed to them (which I can't see) and webers have it stamped into the body. So if you can't see weber there, then i'd say solex

My father has informed me its a zenith but there is no more info than that. This is very similar to the solex bis 32 but anyone know where to get one?

That maybe just maybe 32 1F2 not IF2.
Should be marked on top cover somewhere.
Looking at a Haynes manual for R9 and R11 from 82-84 it was used on 1108cc engine variant and looks very much like your pics.
2 versions. 1 manual choke-code V10501.
1 with pneumatically controlled choke- CODE V10501B
Book has some good info on stripping and setting up if you can get a copy. Maybe worth fixing rather than replacing.

Haynes book 0822 covers models 82-89 which seems to be the last year they made them in France. Maybe made in Turkey for a while after that.

1.4 single choke Renaults were fitted with both solex and zenith, the TS models had a twin barrel weber.

The pics posted here doesnt look like the solex's I know, so my guess is that could be a zenith, but if you get a replacement solex it will also work as the differance is only between manufacturer, the manifold, air filter and cables are the same on both.
