Hi there,is there anything I can put into my drivers side lock to dissolve the superglue some kind person decided to put in there, or will I have to replace the barrel,I have a 98 Clio s reg,thanks.

Acetone can disolve superglue.

Would be worth getting a cheap bottle of nail varnish remover and squirting some in the lock.
Leave it to work for a few mins, then wash out using WD40 or similar with a straw.

Repeat if needed.

i would think twice about acetone, my bf works for a beauty suppliers and acetone will melt plastic, it's used to take false nails off

Hi HubPhone - I suggest you contact a locksmith for advice they are called out to commercial premise with this problem al the time:)
