hello all so i bought my espace a few months ago it has come up with injector fault failure , ive been advised to replace the injectors , but ive also been told that the cat could be a reason for lack of power while driving up hills and also causing the fault im now at the point where to start im no novice to renault or the espace as ive owned three starting with mk 2 then mk 3 now mk4 only this one has has me stumped is it as the fault stats or could it be a clodded cat or dirty throttle body and egr

Fuel filter ok, going up hills is usually a sign of fuel starvation,, would check your fuel filter first..
Unless you have fault codes pointing to injectors..
Most petrol injectors when faulty, give a misfire, or show a fault.
Does not idle very nice as well..

thanks for heads up ive not got the codes on tick over its fine idles at 1000rpm , im going to try the throttle body today as i read on here that someone else had what sounded like the same problem as mine but will check my fuel filter aswell thanks for that will get back to you with update
