hi folks
our beloved espace failed its nct(mot) last week for the first time due to the airbag light not coming on. we have had the car since 2006 and the light has never worked even had the airbags checked and told they were working fine. i removed the dash. the bulb is fine but when i checked for voltage at the bulbholder-noting. any help or pointers would be greatly appreciated.

just an update on the above. the instrument cluster was changed in the car just before purchase. i have noticed a date stamp on the glass as 2003 and the car is 2001?
