Dear friends,after sending an E.mail, to : ( Renault gr) last night about getting my immobizer code they answered as such: Yes we can provide you with your code as long as you bring in your car , your Id, and registration papers. P.S. Your immolizer code is no use to you and only serves the diagnostic tool of Renault for programming your keys.

Perfectly normal, how do they know you have not stolen the car and are trying to sell it but you cannot start it?

They will not tell you that you can resync your own key otherwise they loose income.

Should be able to go in with proof of ID and proof of ownership and they will give you the code, sometimes with a nominal fee of £10 ish.
