Hi guys
Another problem today
Went to get the pre glow plugs changed at garage
Only thing is they couldn't do it as the plugs were siezed in and he didn't want to snap them off
They have to be changed but not sure if there is any way I can get any penetrating oil in to at least get some of the build up off

Heard about warming engine up and spraying but what with wd 40 ??
Any help would be appreciated thanks in advance

Plus Gas, soak and use the van, do this for a few days,
Then get your engine as hot as possible, switch off , disconnect the glow plug leads, restart the car, with a small socket and ratchet 1/4 inch drive, yes with the engine Running, try and see if they will now undo..
ITS not so much the thread,, as the tip that goes through the cylinder head, this sticks out just below the head, above the piston.. This becomes caked in soot, and seizes in place, ..

Once the glow plug has moved slightly, then its back and forth to release it,
Patience is needed here

Sorry a Customer turned up, so just posted that, in case I was logged out..
You can turn your engine off once the glowplug has turned 360 Degrees, dont leave it running once past this stage..
