Has anyone stumbled across this before ...

www.parts.renault.com

It seems to be access to Renault technical documentation, parts and accessories (Provided by Renault not a 3rd party,) providing you can meet the registration criteria, seems to be split into 3 groups ...

1/ Renault Network Member

2/ Independant repairer

3/ You are another automobile repair professional:
- A publisher of technical information / software
- A manufacturer of equipment and tools
- A parts wholesaler
- A network of repairers
- A road assistance services provider
- A training provider

Some areas appear to be subscription based others dont.

Seems to be quite a resource if your a professional ....

Pity I cant meet any of the criteria  ... still it may help some of the "professionals" in the forums .....

Does anyone currently use it?

hope it helps someone :)

Would you Adam & Eve it! Having contacted Renault UK Customer Services for information pertaining to wiring they referred me to their parts site as mentioned in this thread. All very good except they knew I was a customer and not a professional repairer/dealer so what use it is to me, I do not know! :steam:

Another example of Renaults 'quality' customer service.

Hi Lagdti, I thought from reading the registration form that all you had to be was an independant repairer .... or "other", as long as you were a "professional" in the car repair business. :)

Maybe the levels of membership are tiered ...

1/Chums with Renault - access all areas
2/Chumbs with a local dealer or network partner - access most areas
3/independant repairer - access most areas, maybe at a price
4/Other or owner - no help whatsoever, as your just the mug that keeps us in a job.
