Basics...

Ordered part on the 2nd via Josh, paid £8.50 postage for a 5 day delivery.

2 weeks later still no part, so i emailed. NO reply, called them two days later, they said the item was sent to the wrong place. Item should be with me the following monday they said.

Monday came but no parcel, called again, said they would track my parcel...called me back about 6 hours later, parcel is lost...offers to send a replacent...I decline, requested refund, awaiting refund.

My first order with them, not saying every transaction goes this way, but not a very good start for me. Needed the part ASAP.

Yes, I have been refunded in full via Josh. Now satisfied

May a moderator please remove this post as we have come to agreement.
