Hi, i have searched the forum but cant find any issue relating mine. I have a 52 plate Megane Scenic 1.9 diesel. Now it runs superb, long distance no probs, short distance no probs, but once the gauge gets to around 1/4 of a tank, and on the display it reads 130 miles or so, i run out of fuel. It doesnt physically run out, it stops the engine, after a minute or so it will start again, for about a mile or so, then once again stop. I can see air in the pipes in the engine bay, but once its filled over the said amount, the bubbles go and no probs. Point is, why have i got to fill it over a 1/4 of a tank to make it run. Any ideas? Thanks

Coule be the fuel tank sender unit or the dash is faulty.

Try doing a reset of the dash. Hold the trip button down whist switching on the ignition - tha dash should do it's self-test and reset.
