Hi, my laguna 2004 2.0 turbo automatic sat nav was working fine a couple of weeks ago. since then the dash board lights seemed a bit dim the dealer fixed this problem easily. saying they were unsure why this happened. i just tried the sat nav (carminat) although comes on etc. put in place when searching for destination it says "off map" and the cd symbol remains on. Sorry but im a women and know nothing about this any help would be much appreciated....

Do you mean it thinks that the destination is off map?? or is it turning the map off?

Hiya thanks for your reply, i think its saying the destination is off map. it will let me put in the location then says destination found, but then off map appears, and the arrow just keeps turning like its trying to find it.

What colour is the CD light? It sounds like maybe wrong/no/faulty CD in the drive

the cd symbol is on, not the light. everything else seems fine, took it to dealer who is not interested at all. (i bought second hand from used car not renault) i will have another look and try to put on exactly what is says.
