Good evening all
someone has stolen my catalytic converter.
I have purchased a new one but struggling to remove front pipe.
I know you need to lower the subframe, i have removed the for subframe bolts and the two bolts either side of the wheel arches and the two mounting bolts from under the car.
I have also removed the steering shaft bolt from inside the car under the rubber boot near the clutch peddle.
But still the subframe will not lower, is there something i am missing as i still cannot remove the front pipe
any answers would be very great

yes used a pipe cutter
police said they sell them for upto £200 scrap metal
I be/ieve they contain platinum
