Hi,
I have a 2004 Grand Scenic II 1.5dci 100bhp. In the past I would very occasionally get a Check injection fault, and the car would go into limp mode for a few seconds.
In the past few weeks I now regulary get Injection Fault with STOP light and beep, though the car does not lose power nor is there any black smoke.
This fault only ever occours when accelerating hard at high revs usually at speed and always occour at high revs when driving up a hill.
I managed to clear the existing codes with a diagnostic tool and repeat the Injection Fault to read the fault codes which are as follows:
DF025 - Preheating unit diagnostic connection - Active
DF112 - Camshaft sensorsignal ,incoherance - Active
DF053 - Rail pressure - regulation function, High flow current < minimum - Memory
DF053 - Rail pressure - regulation function, At maximum limit - Memory
I did have 2 injector seals replaced recently.
I would be very grateful if anybody could lend some though as to what it might me.
Could be be something as simple as a camshaft sensor?
Thanks
