Hi i have a 1.5dci grand scenic on an 04 plate when i first pull away or start to accelerate after changing gear there is a brief flat spot. But my main problem is when the car is warm, especially after a long run, when i ease off the accelerator or change up or down gear there is nothing for a few seconds when applying the accelerator again. The warmer the car gets the worse the problem gets.
I have read about the EGR valve and problems with the turbo but these seems to happen at all times whereas mine seem to relate to the temperature of the car.
I have spoken to a garage and they just suggested getting it serviced as it has been sat up for a while.
