Hi there

We have a year 2000 Scenic and both the front wing have started to deform around the healight area.

Is there any adjustments I can make to pull the wings back into line?

Thanks
Rob

Hi Rob, the front wings are plastic, and I would only expect them to change shape if a retaining clip/bolt had failed. Has the car had an impact? (i.e. anyone reversing into it).

Can you post some pics with the bonnet open and closed so the extent and potential cause can be assessed?

Thanks.

Paul:)

Hi Paul

Thanks for the reply. I will try to sort out some pics.

Both front wings are deformed right by the headlight units. The plastic is still flexible and just appears to be bowed out. No accidents or impact damage. The wings are bowed about 3/4" outwards.

Everthing else is in line, bonnet alignment and door alignment. Its almost like there must be a screw somewhere that I can undo to relieve the bowing.

I wondered whether it may be heat related?

I will sort some pics anyway.

Thanks
