I need to replace the tyres on my Grand Scenic and noticed a sign for Motrio tyres when I was at me local dealer recently. A couple of days later I called them to get a quote. I was pleasantly surprised to find I could replace all 4 tyres for £240.
I called them 2 days later to book the care in only to be told that Motrio tyres aren't available in my cars size yet (205/60/16) but a price was quoted in the interests of customer service!
Surely it would be better customer service to just tell me the tyres aren't available?
