Hi All,

Just a quick question,

Right my personal email system over the last few weeks is getting bombarded with what looks like Russian emails as they all seem to be in Russian text and i can get anything up to 20 emails a day or more:crazy:,i don't open them as my spam filter has been catching them so i have just been deleting them,is anyone else having this problem?is it anything to worry about?,

Cheers Donald

 @ DP, Don ordering Russian mail order brides and the like

Sorry Don, I haven't seen these either.

I do however get regular spam very dodgey emails from 'HSBC' asking me to log into my account to verify my bank details! Godd job for me I've never banked with them!
As I was being nosey I was trying to find out what links were contained in the fake HSBC web page, the works computer didn't like it cause the anti virus went mad and blocked the pages with the reason of fraud!

Not sure how, but can you get your anti virus to screen them or maybe delete them?

They are Russian sites selling you penis enlargers, clearly your wife/GF has been telling stories on facebook.

If you want to stop receiving these emails you will have to give your significant other a slap for giving away your secrets :d

The spammers seem to have lost interest in me recently,I could recieve anything up to 50 emails a day from people saying I'd won the US Lottery, the Russian Lottery, the Carribean Lottery, etc etc.....but they have now all stopped.I also used to get a lot from people saying I'd inherited $50,000,000,000,000,000 and could I confirm my bank details so they could pay it into my account.I'm stoopid, but not that stoopid!!!.:)

Keep on doing the same Donald, its the way forward. :)

With VM you can select an option on their site which blocks these senders and also sends them a message back to go FO ;)
