Try doing a google search for an (whatever you stereo) ISO adaptor or ISO wiring harness.

The speed pulse connection is to allow a compatible radio to increase volume the faster the car travels.

Does you car currently have this facility?

Car Audio Direct are the cheapest reputable place i have found them. I need one for my lag but i wot be risking it from ebay!

does anyone have a spare Laguna 11 patch lead from remote to stereo, just fitted my pioneer and cant run cable from existing wires, as its all in the boot, (i think) as had multi play unit in dash
looking at remote it has a multi wire plug, dont mind which sort as can but adaptor for either
