I have a renault clio Grande 2001 model
I have a trouble of not starting the car in cold temperatures when ever the weather gots worst and if i have not started it for 24Hrs battery goes flat, if temperatues is normal it works very well
Can anybody helps me to sort this out

Petrol or diesel? Which engine? Have your battery discharge tested and check voltage output from alternator. Should be around 14V when engine is revving at high idle and no load.

Hi Tolsen

Its Clio 1.2 Grande 2001 - Petrol Version.
I changed the battery 3months back and at that time the guy has checked all the necessary things said it is only a problem with the battery.
Is there anyother i need to check and other thing i would like to highlight here is on cold weather my audio system light glows automatic and this audio system is not inbuilt but brought from outside do you think this might be the reason?
