To whom it may concern-

My engine is 1.9dCi 120bhp F9Q code (2005).

Sump nut is an M16 x 1.5mm pitch magnetic plug with an 8mm square drive. The correct washer is a 16mm crushable copper washer which needs to be replaced each oil change (otherwise for a proper seal you run the risk of over-tightening and therefore damaging the sump). There is no torque set because torques are stipulated by engineers to ensure correct "stretch" of a bolt holding two components together :d.

According to Renault service manual MR395 dated Feb 2009 torque for the sump nut is 20Nm for all F9Q engines.
