Hi I have a recently acquired Trafic Camper. It starts first time, then dies, wait two minutes, start again, dies and THEN will run quite happily. On top of this it appears quite thirsty. Air filter looks quite clean, can't hear any air leaks and have changed fuel filter

Sure about the engine size? - what is the vehicle model code and engine code?

I would investigate the behaviour of fuel pressure in the rail while suspecting a leaky injector as a starting point..................

Either a TB2E or TB9E model and those both return to the J7T engine of 2.2L.

Anyway - same suggestion

Another suspect when looking at the fuel rail could be the fuel pressure regulator 7700860127 and its diaphragm driven from vacuum or the rubber hose feeding it ................
