Hi all,

I have a Lag II 1.6 Expression with the single basic stage electric window switches (hold cotinuously to go all the way up/down).

I was wondering, presuming more luxurious Lagunas have those 2 stage switches (press/pull switch half way to lower/raise window to desired height or press/pull all the way briefly to fully close/open) is it possible to fit these type switches to my Expression?

Are there any complications? Do I need to modify anything apart from just changing the switches?

Thanks to all for any advise.

James.

Yep - also these windows have an anti pinch facility - when they feel any resistance they back of slightly as well. This is because when they are on "auto" up you are not controlling the switch so you can let go - they continue to go up until they reach the top or if they reach somebodys hand, they stop and lower by an inch or so so your hand doesn't get squashed. I tried it once with a coke can & it works - wasn't brave enough to try my hand inase it still hurt a bit.
I'm afraid it isn't just a case of changing switches.
