Hello.

I know this probably sounds odd / incompetent but, after doing some work on my Laguna (and putting it all back together) I have a 'spare' sensor with no idea where it goes.
I've looked for something to plug it in / on to but to no avail.

I'm hoping some clever person here can tell me what it is and where it goes.

It has two wires (brown / yellow) and comes off the loom above the gearbox, underneath the air filter housing. It also has a clip on the side, suggesting that it doesn't plug into anything but clips to the side of something.

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks in advance

So ... I went to the real experts at the Renault dealership : ) who inform me that this is a 'spare' connector that does nothing (on this car at least)
The end with the two little blue dots is simply a clip on cover over the actual connector. It clips to the side / bottom of the fuse box, just in case it's (n)ever needed.

Problem solved (for me at least)
