What's made me smile today? All you Englishmen saving a few pounds on phones and insulation and a few pence on some washers, and it's us Scotsmen who are told we are mean with money!!!
Oi you your maths is naff but I expect that being scottish maths..now to tell you where you went wrong and why Welsh maths is better..

Single washer = £2 to to stupid each on ebay..

My find for 10.. and a massive saving..basically getting the other 9 free..

Ka bleeding ching

with the insulation ok not so big a saving but better than catching a virus because of no mask wearing and lack of social distancing..

Picanto clutch cable arrived at dealers today so fitted this afternoon.
A pleasant if fiddly job on a sunny afternoon.
Worst bit was replacing the two pins wot hold the cable sheath to the bulkhead...and more importantly, the pedal box to the bulkhead.
One you can see and access with a deep 12mm socket on a long extension (actually two 1/4" long extensions) and you can just get fingers to the bolt to start the nut and spin it most of the way home.
The other is a stand on your head with an eye by the clutch pedal just to see it, can't even get a finger on it.... but with the nut jammed in the socket (bit of tissue) could guide it in and tighten.
Bit of trial and error with adjustment, job done.

Probably didn't explain too well...soz.
Two studs on plate that sheath ends in.
These go through bulkhead and pedal box
12mm hex nuts secure on inside
